We had an amazing time at the outdoor water adventure park, which provided a perfect backdrop of the Great Smoky Mountains for our family. The kids loved the slides and pools, making for a fun-filled day that we will cherish. The staff was also very accommodating.
My kids wished for a pool inside for rainy days. It would really help to have more indoor activities for families to enjoy together.

perfect base for exploring nearby attractions and parks
the bed was comfortable and it was just a short stroll to the famous Dollywood. I loved how close I was to The Island in Pigeon Forge, which made my weekend explorations so enjoyable. the hotel offers budget-friendly rooms ideal for a solo traveler like me looking to maximize their adventures without unnecessary frills, but the hallways could certainly use a deeper clean for a better overall experience.

We had a fantastic time at this place! The kids especially loved the water adventure theme park nearby, with slides that offered breathtaking views of the Great Smoky Mountains. It was a great way to enjoy our family vacation together.
In my wife's opinion, the noise from the floors above was too loud for our young kids. A soundproofing upgrade would be great for families with children.

Staff were really friendly, one lady even helped us find a nearby laundromat when our clothes ended up dirty. The bed was comfy enough too, I found myself sleeping better than I expected after the long drive.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but it was tolerable.

Rooms were cozy but a bit cramped. Great location near Golden Corral for dining options. Enjoyed the clean pool. Could use a sprucing up overall.

We found some hidden gems nearby, like Golden Corral for all-you-can-eat goodness and IHOP for pancakes that hit the spot! The staff was chill, too, making check-in a breeze. We appreciated the clean pool that looked like a perfect spot to chill after a day out.
The rooms felt a bit cramped and could use a sprucing up, but they were cozy enough. It's no fancy joint, but it's close to everything, has a pool, and we felt safe the whole time, even when spotting bears snooping around the dumpster!

I appreciated the location of Guest Inn. It’s near great places like McDonald’s and Golden Corral for meals. The staff was genuinely friendly, especially the lady at the front desk. I always felt safe here. The pool was clean and a nice spot to unwind after a day of exploring. My room had some positive aspects, like comfortable beds. However, there were a few issues. The bathroom felt cramped, and I noticed some cleanliness concerns. The sheets and towels appeared dingy. A couple of nights, housekeeping didn’t leave enough fresh towels, and I had to ask for more. The noise from nearby rooms was bothersome. I could hear doors slamming at all hours. This hotel has potential but needs a bit more attention to detail.

It's a reliable pick for a fleeting moment in Pigeon Forge with good value considering the price charged. The breakfast is free, even if the scrambled eggs are a bit rubbery. If you crave a late breakfast, get there early since it gets hot and crowded fast.
