small the staff was not friendly and was not there half the time. They spent most of their time smoking at the front door.
It was filthy, frayed and dirty. Tiny bath with bugs. Lighting impractical and irritating. Loud neighbors. Breakfast was laughably poor. We were trapped into a nonrefundable reservation although they had many vacancies. We would have walked out if we could.
When we checked in we found no towels in our room. I went to the desk and ask for some. I was then told we will see if we have anymore. I ended up with two pool towels and nothing else. Wort of all I pulled back the sheets and saw something moving. At a closer inspection I found bed bugs. I told the manager and she came back to my room with an attitude and toldme it was probably some other kind of bug. It ended up being bed bugs and i was only given half my money back. My room number was 145. Please stay away.
Dog poop in hallway. Lack of an outside smoking area with seats. A small eating area.
Comfort and cleanliness. Trash still in garbage can and on the floor in the bathroom.
1. Our key to the room did not work 2. phone did not work 3. breakfast was horrible 4. toilet would keep running after flushing 5. there was a side door on the building that could be used to enter/exit instead of using the main lobby area ~ well our room key would not work on that door. 6. The front staff people was not available at all times/I thought someone was there 24/7
They are also pet friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great water pressure and shower.
Don't like the mirrors on back wall of room. Bathrooms are awkward due to sink is separated from shower/toilet. No coat hangers in closet.
Good location is the only like.I Think this hotel needs alot of improvements before listing on Booked.net.Please do a site visit check on your hotels before listings on your website.
Information on Booked.net and the hotel website offers full hot breakfast. This was incorrect information:we only had continential breakfast for the four days of our stay. The floor in the breakfast room was so greasy that you had to be careful not to slip and fall. We requested non smoking room,we recieved a room on the second floor which was the smoking floor and the room was full of smoke and a stintch of dirt/body odor. The carpet was so dirty from what appeared to be smoke resdue that when you showered and walked back to the bed your feet was black.Furniture and widow seat was stained and torn upolstery with a dirty smell:nothing like in the pictures as advertised.Sheets on bed were thread beard.Old appliances.
It is within walking distance to restaurants and close to shops.
The bed was a little hard/uncomfortable. Our "mountain view" was not.
Was were not clean. Towels were stained. Breakfest was non-existant.
Room was clean and perfect location for our trip for what we wanted to see.
Bath room was a bit small for changing.
reasonalbly quiet, first floor room
towels were very thin and whole place was dated, but it served the purpose for the price. AC noisy
MUSTY ODER IN ROOM....FILTHY MIRRORS IN ROOM....NOT VERY CLEAN......NEEDS UPDATING !!!!!'
Our room was a handicap room and seemed to be clean for the most part. There was rash on the carpet in the room and a lot of trash on the carpets in the hallways. None of the maids and some of the front desk personal did not speak any English. The location was convenient and seemed safe. Our room was quiet, we were on the third floor.
The breakfast was a joke, truly. Don't bother with the breakfast. Also the hotel charges you 3% to use a credit card and doesn't bother to explain this to you.
room was out dated, halls warm, asked for soap for shower(liquid) 2 days in row & got none, purchased bar soap at drug store. First time ever stayed at a hotel where was charged for using credit card to pay for room, 12.00 for 3 day stay!!
